1hemail vs Internxt temporary email: access, lifetime and use cases
Reviewed 31 October 2026.
Compare the published features and practical trade-offs before choosing a temporary inbox.
How the two workflows differ
Internxt offers a temporary address generator with change-address and refresh controls alongside its broader privacy products. Its temporary-email tool should be assessed separately from a durable Internxt Mail account. Provider documentation was reviewed on 31 October 2026. These are published features, not a delivery benchmark or a claim about every plan.
When to choose each service
For a long-term account, compare durable email services instead. For a short manual task, compare inbox access, expiry, exported messages and your sender’s acceptance rules. 1hemail offers a fixed initial hour, .eml exports and phone access through the same private link.
What a one-hour inbox includes
1hemail provides browser-based receiving with no account registration after a human check. New messages are polled every five seconds. Detected numeric codes have copy buttons, small attachments can be downloaded, and the original message can be saved as .eml. Remote images in formatted mail are blocked until you allow them. These features do not prove that a sender will accept the address or deliver a message.
Before using either option
Try a permitted, low-stakes task first. Check that the whole address was copied, keep access to the inbox and save anything needed before its expiry. Use a durable mailbox for purchases, recovery, financial information and accounts you plan to keep. Do not rely on a temporary inbox to cancel a subscription.
